Sandhya Muralidharan is an Architect and Landscape Designer based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
She is the Founder and Principal Architect of Stithi Architects, a contemporary design studio focused on creating thoughtful, sustainable, and context-sensitive architectural and landscape spaces.
She completed her Bachelor of Architecture from MEASI Academy of Architecture, Chennai, and later pursued her Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, USA.
Her work reflects a strong belief that architecture and landscapes should respond responsibly to nature, climate, and local culture. Through her practice, she aims to create spaces that are environmentally conscious, functional, and meaningful for the people who use them.
Sandhya's design approach combines contemporary ideas with traditional wisdom, with a special emphasis on sustainability, ecological sensitivity, and human-centered design. Her projects strive to strengthen the relationship between people and the environment while promoting healthier and more sustainable ways of living.
